Official Launch of SLF great success!
Last March 10 the official launch of the Sheryl Lynn Foundation took place. It was an evening full of Philippine dance, music and food.
We had a happy winner of the karaoke contest and even more happy winners in the SLF-lottery, with more than 30 beautiful prizes!
Over 150 people came to visit this evening and we want to give all of them a warm thanks for all their support and especially their interest in the Philippine people. Another big thanks goes out to all the volunteers that helped to make this evening as special as it was. We are most grateful to you.
The total revenue of this event was 1700 euros! David Lloyd Sports & Health club in Capelle a/d IJssel donated a cheque of 500 euros.
The money will be spent on our project for the Sta. Fe-Itum Elementary School on the island Leyte.
On behalf of all the school children, the teachers and the SLF-board, we thank you for all your gifts!
